My Approach to ADHD Coaching

Strength based approach

My approach is viewing ADHD as a different way of thinking that comes with a unique set of strengths, which when targeted correctly, can align with your passion and goals so you can achieve rather than stay stuck.

Clarity through Structure

I know ADHD can come with challenges of procrastination, difficulties with prioritisation, time blindness, Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria to name a few. I want to work with my clients to find an achievable structure that will reduce stress and be sustainable without reducing any of that amazing creativity.

Collaboration and Compassion

My sessions are a true partnership between me and you, because I honestly think the best solutions come when we work together in a non-judgemental, confidential space where you can feel heard and supported by someone with experience of living with ADHD.

Who I work with

I specialise in coaching clients who are navigating high-demand, fast paced, deadline-based, high stakes industries, like television, advertising, media and the arts.

These environments can offer the dopamine hits that ADHD brains crave but they can also lead to burnout, overwhelm and feelings of imposter syndrome and inadequacy.

If you are a creative professional, a high achiever in a competitive field or if you feel like traditional methods just aren’t your thing anymore, then I’m here to help you find your way with some clarity.

If you thrive on creativity and innovation but struggle with staying organised or finishing projects – I can help you channel your ideas into action.

If you want to find some balance between work and life, I can help you create routines and reduce overwhelm.

If you are fed up with just coping and want to start accomplishing, I can help you take the first step.
